Nicky has over 25 years experience in the luxury Hotel market, beginning her hotel career at The Reefs in Bermuda.

She subsequently worked at many of the major prestige hotels, such as Cap Juluca in Anguilla, Hotel Guanahani in St. Barts, and Parrot Cay in the Turks & Caicos Islands. During this time, Nicky held numerous management positions which included Front Office Manager, Sales & Reservations Manager, and most frequently as Director of Sales & Marketing.

Nicky has developed very strong working relations with luxury, top end and VIP travel agents, and she is able to push luxury product to key decision makers.
